RETURN & REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:

At Arthrafit customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return or exchange the FLEX PPU due to a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing a refund or exchange. Please review the steps below regarding returns/exchanges.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will be unable to offer our customers a refund or exchange.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • Before returning or exchanging a FLEX PPU, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at info@arthrafit.com. No returns/exchanges, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please include the following information in your communication when contacting us for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, preference for a refund or exchange, and the nature of the problem.  It is important the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Packages received without an RMA number may not receive a credit, and customers will be responsible for any return or shipping charges.
  • If a FLEX PPU is defective, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, 100% complete, unused condition, and must include original packing material.
  • Arthrafit WILL ONLY authorize a return if a product is defective and does not meet the specifications of its design.
  • If you receive a FLEX PPU that is defective or shipped in error by Arthrafit, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will email a label, schedule a pick up, or reimburse you for the shipping charges.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

Any order you cancel after it has been placed, even if you have not received the item yet, is subject to regular return policies. You must accept delivery, and then contact us to set up a return, per the instructions above.

REFUNDS (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

Please allow one month to receive any approved refunds.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged prior to you receiving it. We are not liable for damages to the product once you receive it, to include if it is damaged because of your handling, storage, or misuse, etc.  If you need to replace a FLEX PPU, send us an email at info@arthrafit.com and please send the product to: Arthrafit, 150 Washington Avenue- Suite 201- Santa Fe- New Mexico- 87501

SHIPPING:

To return your product, please follow the policy as indicated above, and mail the product to: Arthrafit, 150 Washington Avenue- Suite 201- Santa Fe- New Mexico- 87501

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item if the item is not defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to return a product to guarantee the delivery of your returned shipment.
